At 17, Ivan lost his cousin to suicide. Alcohol became his escape. But years later, with the help of what would become his signature ARMOR framework, he broke free from addiction and rebuilt his identity from the ground up. That foundation was tested again when his sister took her own life just three years later. Rather than crumble, Ivan turned that heartbreak into purpose.

He now uses that purpose to help others create lasting change from men fighting to reclaim their power and clarity without alcohol, to high-performing executives looking to break through internal ceilings and find true balance in their lives.

In addition to his coaching and speaking, Ivan is the founder of Safe Tree, a 7-figure tree care company built through grit, leadership, and relentless work ethic. He is also a husband and proud father of three, roles that fuel everything he does and keep him anchored in the mission of building a legacy that matters.
